A straightforward path through online coursework, with the expectations stated at each step rather than discovered later.
The process
Nine steps, start to finish
The same shape applies to every course we run. What differs between jurisdictions is the content and the requirements attached to it.

Choose a course that is open
Start from your jurisdiction and pick the course type that matches your stage. Only courses that are open can be enrolled in — a listing you can read is not necessarily a listing you can buy.

Create your account
Your account is where enrollments, progress and completion records live. One account carries everything you study with us, across devices.
- 03
Enroll in the course
Enrollment attaches the course to your account and starts your access period. The price, the access period and the refund terms are all shown before you commit.

Complete orientation where it applies
Some courses begin with a short orientation covering how the course is structured, how it is assessed and what completion requires. Where a course includes one, it must be finished before the first module opens.

Work through the structured learning
Modules are delivered in sequence with knowledge checks along the way. Study on any device; your position saves as you move, so you can stop and resume without losing ground.

Complete the required assessments
Courses use knowledge checks through each module and a longer review at the end. Attempt rules and any required score come from the course's own record — where a course allows a retake, the page says so.

Use instructor support when you need it
Content questions go to a qualified instructor. Platform problems go to technical support. Both are included with an enrollment, and they are separate channels on purpose.

Satisfy the completion requirements
Every course lists what completion actually requires: the modules, the assessments and, where a jurisdiction sets one, a minimum study time. Study time is measured on the server rather than trusted from the browser, so the evidence holds up.

Receive the applicable completion documentation
When every requirement is met, completion is recorded against your account. What documentation follows, and whether anything is reported onward, depends on the jurisdiction and the course record.
Expectations
What we do and do not promise
- We provide coursework, practice material, progress tracking and access to support.
- We do not guarantee an examination result, a license, or any decision made by a jurisdiction. No provider can.
- We publish approval identifiers, credit hours and eligibility only from verified course records — never from marketing material.
- We offer coursework only in the jurisdictions listed on our state pages, and we say so plainly rather than implying wider coverage.
- We do not tell you what your jurisdiction requires of you. That is the jurisdiction's own published material, and it is the controlling reference.
This describes the intended experience
Accounts, enrollment, payment, assessments and completion records are not enabled on this site yet. The steps above describe how the platform is designed to work, not a service you can currently use.
Nothing here should be read as a statement that a specific course is approved, available for purchase, or eligible for credit anywhere.
