How we handle approval information
Regulated education attracts confident language. This page sets out what we will state publicly, what we will not, and why the difference matters.
Pending review: No approval, certification, accreditation or regulator-recognition claim is made anywhere on this website at this time. No course listed here is stated to be approved. Any such statement will be published only from independently verified records after company review.
Requirements vary by jurisdiction
What a provider and a course must satisfy is set separately by each jurisdiction. There is no single national standard, and a course accepted in one state may have no standing in another. We treat every jurisdiction as its own question.
Availability comes from verified records
What this site shows as available must trace back to a verified record, not to an internal assumption or an uploaded content package. A package can describe itself however it likes; it cannot authorise its own publication.
Certification and approval are separate
Approval by a jurisdiction and certification by an industry body are different things, granted by different parties on different criteria. We hold them as separate records and we will never present one as if it were the other.
Finished content is not a cleared course
A course does not open for enrollment because its content is complete. Content readiness and clearance to sell are separate gates, and the second one does not open automatically.

What we publish, and what we withhold
What we publish
- Course titles, formats, module outlines, learning objectives and instructional hours as they are recorded.
- The jurisdictions in which a course is currently listed.
- An approval identifier issued by a jurisdiction, where one exists and has been independently verified in our records.
- The fact that something is not yet verified, stated plainly rather than left as an implication.
What we do not publish
- Approval, accreditation or certification claims that have not been independently verified.
- Statements implying endorsement by a regulator or state agency.
- Regulator, agency or industry-body logos and marks, unless we have been supplied with them and are permitted to use them.
- Guarantees of examination results, licensure or regulatory outcomes.
- Credit-hour claims that are not backed by the course record.
Corrections
If you believe information on this site is inaccurate, tell us and we will review it. Where an inaccuracy affects a published course, the listing is corrected or withdrawn until the record is verified — the listing does not stay up while we look into it.
Why a course can be readable but not buyable
You may find a full course outline on this site with enrollment closed. That is deliberate. Writing the content is one step; verifying the record behind it and clearing the course to sell is another.
We would rather show you what a course contains while being honest that it is not cleared, than hide it until every box is ticked and imply more than we can support.

Course record registry
A public, searchable registry of course records and their published identifiers will appear here. It will be generated from verified records rather than typed in by hand, so what it shows and what our systems hold cannot drift apart.
